• This policy covers how Xcanopus treats personal information that Xcanopus collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Xcanopus products and services. • Xcanopus collects personal information when you sign up with Xcanopus, when you use the guestbook, when you visit Xcanopus pages.

  • We publish a newsletter (ezine), and we never sell or share our subscribers' email addresses.
  • We operate online surveys, and we never sell or share our subscribers' email addresses.
• Regarding email addresses listed in the guestbook, the email id and the domain are stored separately. We hope that this prevents email harvesters from recognising the addresses.
• The email addresses collected from the guestbook are, however, not made public.
